How to selected correct air to air heatpump from the list?

Pump model selection starts in the remote controller view by pressing "Select heatpump" link. It opens a list of available heatpump models. You can search your own pump by typing to the search field your heatpump's manufacturer to reduce the list shorter. Step 1: Test which one of the prerecorded commandset fits to your pump model. By pressing "Try all" the service will step down the list one by one and ask efter each command sending whether your pump regognized the command. It you heard the piip sound coming from your heat pump you can confirm the selection and go to next step. Step 2: After selection of the pump is confirmed, try to send commands to your heatpump with the HandEyeHOME IR device. 1. Power ON the device
2. Press "Mode button" for more than 5 sec. The green LED should be constant ON.

4. Insert new WIFI network credentials to the input field and save them

Yes, it is possible to move device to under another account. First you need to remove the device from the current account and after that you are able to connect bind it to new one. Steps to do this 1. Open device setting view 2. Press "Trash can" symbol and confirm removal 3. Press device's "Mode button" for more that 5 sec so that green led is ON 4. Scan QR code with HandEyeHOME app from the back side of the device 5. Login to preferred account or create new account 6. Input WIFI credentials and save them 7.
